Christa has a passion for women, youth, and missions. She believes it was not by chance that she grew up overseas in Brazil on the mission field. Her desire is to continue the legacy that her parents laid before her and carry out future international missions. Christa is excited for what doors God will open after seminary concerning international missions. Christa loves to travel, learn new languages, and new cultures. Christa grew up interpreting conversations, testimonies, and sermons and developed a love for interpreting in the languages Portuguese and Spanish. Culture and languages is a huge part of her experiences. Brasil has a special place in Christa's heart being where she grew up. Having the language and culture embedded in her heart she states "Brasil is a part of me, and it is the country that raised me, in my heart it is my first home and I will always love my country." Christa desires to be a future aid to Brasil in any capacity possible and continue what her family began back in 1995 in South America and around the world.
